777gam Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "777gam", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the 777gam platform and its operating entity, as the provider of online entertainment services accessible at 777gam.asia.
• "Platform" means the 777gam website, mobile-optimized interface, and all services, games, betting markets, and features made available through 777gam.asia.
• "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777gam Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on 777gam, through which access to platform services is provided.
• "Real Money" refers to actual currency — denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other accepted currencies — held in a user's 777gam wallet and usable for real-money wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 777gam under specific conditions, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be staked using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" collectively refers to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, crash games, instant games, and all other entertainment features provided by 777gam.

Account Registration

To access real-money services on 777gam, users must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update it if any details change.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration. This number will be used for OTP verification, account recovery, and financial transaction notifications.
• You must choose a unique username and a strong password. Your password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active 777gam account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 777gam identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Eligibility

Access to and use of 777gam's real-money services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or engage in any real-money activity on 777gam. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. 777gam may request documentary proof of age — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) — at any point. If you are found to be underage, your account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the payment method used.

3.2 Jurisdiction

It is the user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 777gam's services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777gam does not provide legal advice. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777gam account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes generated for your account.

• You must not share your 777gam login credentials with any other person.
• 777gam will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 777gam that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must notify 777gam support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 777gam is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number to substantially increase account security.

Deposits & Payment Methods

777gam accepts deposits made through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast Instant Payment, and 1LINK Interbank Transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 777gam's discretion with reasonable notice to users.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your 777gam wallet without delay. Bank transfers may take between 15 and 30 minutes to credit, depending on interbank processing times. 777gam does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which 777gam accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 777gam is PKR 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and PKR 1,000 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

5.3 Currency

All 777gam accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to a conversion rate applied at the time of the transaction. 777gam accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their 777gam wallet subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 777gam requires identity verification. Users must submit a clear photograph of their CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) along with any additional documentation that 777gam may reasonably request for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Average 3–10 minutes from approval to receipt.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): Average 15–30 minutes from approval.
• Raast / 1LINK: Average 5–15 minutes from approval.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and PKR 1,000 via bank transfer. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a daily or weekly basis.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus funds have been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777gam offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms associated with individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified users who meet the minimum deposit requirement associated with the promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers have defined validity periods. Unused bonus funds automatically expire at the end of the stated validity window.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — through the creation of additional accounts or by any other means — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 777gam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• 777gam reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it identifies evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Games & Betting Rules

All games offered on the 777gam platform — including live casino games, slot machines, crash games, instant games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

8.1 Game Integrity

Electronic games on 777gam are powered by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card dealing, roulette wheel spin) conducted by real dealers in professional studios. 777gam does not manipulate individual game outcomes.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game, 777gam reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to users' accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. 777gam is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction.

8.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the 777gam platform. These limits are displayed within each game and market interface. 777gam reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777gam platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access platform features in a non-manual manner.
• Colluding with other users to obtain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 777gam immediately rather than exploited.
• Using a 777gam account for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud, including initiating a payment chargeback after receiving services or withdrawing funds.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (see Section 2.2).
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

Responsible Gaming

777gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. The platform provides a comprehensive set of player protection tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders that alert them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Users may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 to 72 hours, during which login and betting are disabled.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777gam platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any 777gam content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777gam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to connection interruption or technical malfunction.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of earnings or opportunity arising from platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any financial loss incurred through gambling activity conducted on the platform.

777gam's total cumulative liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaint Process

13.2 Final Resolution

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body as specified under 777gam's applicable operating license. The decision of an independent adjudicator, where applicable, shall be final and binding on both parties.

Amendments to These Terms

777gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 777gam platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Termination of Account

777gam reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• The user has provided false identity information during registration or verification.
• Continued access by the user poses a risk to the platform, other users, or to regulatory compliance.

Upon termination, 777gam will return any undisputed real-money balance — net of any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that are subject to forfeiture — to the payment method on record. Users whose accounts are terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions have no right of appeal against the forfeiture of bonus-related balances.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777gam holds its operating license. Any disputes not resolved through the processes described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 777gam's licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
